Jackie & Derek’s Wedding at Auberge du Pommier

On Sunday, June 21st, Jackie and Derek were married in an intimate ceremony in Auberge du Pommier’s Long Room, in front of 83 of their closest friends and family. Immediately following the nuptials, guests flowed outside onto the restaurant’s garden terrace, where servers passed glasses of wine and and a wide variety of canapés, such as grilled octopus brochettes and vegetable arancini.

At 6pm, guests were promptly seated inside Auberge du Pommier’s main dining room for a gourmet meal, featuring classic French dishes like boeuf tartare, roasted duck breast, and lamb sirloin. Dessert included a seasonal rhubarb coulis and a decadent chocolate mousse.

After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their gorgeous three-tier wedding cake, which featured not one, but three distinct flavours – it was the sweetest ending to the perfect evening!
