To ensure executives, employees and visitors are treated to O&B’s renowned quality and care, we provide a full-service events team to handle all day-to-day needs. An extension of your organization, our hospitality professionals are trained to learn the ins and outs of your business’ catering and events cycle, your employees’ tastes and food preferences, and any VIP client and executive specifics. This approach, centered on the importance of the client services experience, is engrained in our restaurants and events business, and is what sets us apart.

Our on-site team is responsible for:

  • Managing all incoming catering orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are met and that each meal is expertly delivered.
  • Providing assistance by reviewing menus, discussing allergens, and sharing alternative solutions for guests.
  • Facilitating and partnering with an in-house audio visual provider to support the technological requirements of meeting and events.
  • Securing off-site spaces for larger events, through O&B’s network of restaurant spaces, venues, and catering partner venues and supporting the planning of the event.
  • Partnering in the planning of on-site events, including coordinating menu development, rentals, décor and staffing.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of new menu offerings and creating custom experiences for employee engagement.
