Bertha & Wai Kit’s Wedding
Bertha and Wai Kit tied the knot at Auberge du Pommier on Saturday, June 3. Their celebrations began with a morning tea ceremony in the Oscar room surrounded by close family, followed by a civil ceremony on the sun-filled terrace.
After the ceremony, guests and the newlyweds made their way into the rustic French cottage for refreshments and a chef inspired lunch. A formal toast was made to the happy couple with O&B Sparkle & Buzz Brut before indulging in Salade d’Asperges, Garden Pea Soup, Grilled Salmon, and Steak Frites.
For dessert, guests enjoyed Bombe au Chocolat and the couple’s two-tiered passion fruit and taro white chocolate wedding cake. Eating cake, enjoying wine, and mingling with friends and family made for a perfect ending to a perfect day.
