What is your booking availability for each space?
Along the length of the restaurant, the banquette tables can accommodate up to 28 guests.
The Harvest Table:
Located in the epicenter of the restaurant. This hand-crafted table can accommodate up to 12 guests for a seated event at one table. Can be combined with the rounds for seating up to 56 guests.
Up to 36 seated at six tables. Add the adjacent banquette for seating to 44 and the harvest table for seating up to 56 guests.
The Lobby Bar:
Available for standing receptions of up to 40 guests.
Full restaurant buyouts for up to 130 guests are available, depending on dates—buyout fees may apply.
As exclusive caterers to The Westin Trillium House, we are able to offer private dining options in the conference facility—rental fees may apply. The Westin Trillium House resort features more than 10,000 square feet of state-of-the-art conference facilities. This includes two ballrooms and a stunning private outdoor terrace with a waterfall overlooking The Village at Blue Mountain.
How is wine selected for my function?
Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are charged based upon consumption per drink, plus tax and 18% gratuity. We do not offer fixed price per person bar packages. Wines for groups may be pre-selected from our current list. Please note that we are not able to order in wines that are not part of our current selection.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, we will gladly serve and plate your cake for 3. per person and cupcakes for 1.75 per person. For an additional fee of 1.75 per person we can provide individual to-go containers. Please note that Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill is a full-service restaurant and does not permit any outside food on-site other than celebration cake or cupcakes.
