Shannon & Matthews Wedding
On Saturday, August 12, Shannon and Matthew were married on the terrace of Malaparte. Over 100 friends and family gathered for the ceremony held under the grand terrace tent. Silk-white drapes, chandeliers, greenery, and a string quartet illuminated the space.
After the ceremony, guests remained outdoors and enjoyed cocktails on the terrace steps overlooking the city while servers passed canapés including Baja Fish Tacos, Fish Maki Rolls, and Glazed Chicken & Spinach Polpettine.
For dinner, guests indulged in Heirloom Tomato & Farro Salad, Crispy Skinned Atlantic Salmon, Ontario Rib Eye, and Cheese Tortellini, paired with bottles of Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon.
After the chef-inspired dinner and speeches, guests made their way to the dance floor, where late-night Chow Mein Noodles with Char Siu BBQ Pork were passed to keep the party going into the early hours of the morning!
