Rachel & Matthew’s Wedding
On a Sunday in August, Rachel and Matthew were married in an intimate ceremony in Jump’s private dining room. After the newlyweds signed their official marriage license, guests celebrated with canapés and cocktails from the Jump bar. Servers circulated with a variety of tasty bites like smoked salmon on jalapeño cornbread, duck confit soft tacos, and Singapore chicken wings.
The main dining room’s sky high glass atrium and rich wood interiors provided the perfect backdrop for Rachel and Matthew’s gourmet three-course dinner menu. Chef de Cuisine Luke Kennedy’s menu featured several Jump classics including wild & tame mushroom soup, seared Arctic char, and the famous Jump white chocolate cheesecake.
Following dessert, the couple took part in their first dance as husband and wife before the floor opened up to the rest of their guests. Late night truffled popcorn and Jump fries in a take-out box kept guests well fueled until last call.
