Jessie & Jerad’s Wedding at Luma Restaurant
On a sunny Saturday morning in September, Jessie and Jerad were married in a simple and intimate wedding ceremony, surrounded by 85 of their closest friends and family. Luma’s main dining room provided a warm and inviting setting to celebrate the happy couple’s nuptials, as well as floor-to-ceiling views of King St. West.
After a playful tossing of the bouquet, guests were seated for a fresh and flavourful three-course lunch. Chef de Cuisine Michael Wilson prepared light and bright dishes such as romaine salad, shrimp cocktail salad, and free-range chicken. The food was perfectly complemented by Cave Spring wines and spicy Caesars.
For dessert, guests enjoyed the classic Luma chocolate bar while the bride and groom took part in their first dance as husband and wife. The beautiful afternoon affair ended with the cutting of the couple’s decadent ice cream cake – a sweet finale, indeed!
