Chef de Cuisine, David Hillman

Chef David Hillman is a graduate of the Croydon College in London, England. He worked on his craft in several top European establishments, before moving to a The Fearrington House, in the south-eastern state of North Carolina. It was here that Chef Hillman honed his skills and mastered sophisticated contemporary cuisine in North Carolina's only AAA Five Diamond restaurant.

David began his career with O&B as the Sous Chef at Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Blue Mountain. He has supported the management team for a collection of O&B properties and has now made a home for himself at O&B Cafe Grill, Oakville as the current Chef de Cuisine.
