
Chef de Cuisine, Zuzana Harsaghy
Zuzana graduated from Geoge Brown College's Chef's School and spent a year in both the fine dining and high-volume casual kitchen at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club. She was a part of the opening team of our Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Bayview Village location in 2002. In 2004, she joined the team at the Delta Hilton in Whistler under the direction of Chef Greg Garland for a year before returning back to Toronto to the Sous Chef position back at O&B Café Grill.
In November of 2006, Chef Harsaghy was among five chefs selected by Executive Chef Anthony Walsh to travel to New York City as a part of an elite team presenting dinner at the illustrious James Beard House. She also spent some time at our Blue Mountain location as a part of our Sous Chef development program in March 2007.
Prior to her appointment at O&B Café Grill, Yonge & Front, Chef Harsaghy was the Chef de Cuisine at our Oakville location.
