Chef de Cuisine, Adam Mear
Adam Mear received his culinary training from George Brown College, graduating in 2000. From there, he began his impressive career in various restaurants around Toronto, including Oliver & Bonacini’s own Jump, Auberge du Pommier and Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Bayview Village.
In 2001, he spent several months in Bourgogne, France as a stagier under Michelin Star Chef Jean-Michel Loraine. From 2004 to 2012, Chef Mear worked in kitchens all around Canada and the world as Sous Chef for the Marriott Hotel Group.
