Chef Bangerter sent over some shots from he took during a menu tasting earlier this week. These are just a few of the breakfast items being developed for the 1st floor restaurant at TIFF Bell Lightbox.

1. The all-day breakfast plate - Berkshire sausage, maple bacon, potato hash, eggs your way, and rye toast
2. Wilted spinach salad with bacon, shallots and a light vinaigrette with 5 minute eggs
3. Smoked ham and egg on pain au lait
